Product Details

Red House Vermont’s handmade waxed canvas bags are a longtime Shop favorite, and this crossbody version is yet another style we love to have around. The mid-sized bag has two sets of handles: one shorter set to carry the bag by hand, and a long strap that slips over your head and crosses from shoulder to hip to keep everything close. Red House thinks of every little detail, like leather accents from one of the oldest US tanneries and antique brass rivets. Choose from an an only-at-Food52 vintage grey, black, forest green, or brown bag, and take it for a spin on a sunny Saturday (or any old day).

  • Made in: Shelburne, VT
  • Made of: Waxed canvas shell, french ticking liner, Horween leather strap and handles, antique brass swivel clasp, antique brass D-rings, antique brass rivets, antique brass buckle, antique brass zipper.
  • Size: Bag is 15" L x 11" H with a removable and adjustable cross body strap.

Care & Notes

Use clean, cold water to gently surface clean the waxed canvas with a sponge or light scrub brush. Do not use soaps or detergents, as this may permanently damage the fabric. Do not dry clean, machine wash or machine dry, as this will strip the wax from the fabric
