Just started cooking in my larger pan, 12 " is a very very large pan, but comes in handy to make a wicked green cherry tomato sauce ! The 12" is perfect for large amounts. No hot spots detected and extremely easy to clean. That said I didn't give it 5 stars due to the uneven weight. The handle is very light compared to the pan and washing can be tricky. it tends to flip around while I'm trying to wash it in the sink.
