Each knife is crafted in Seki, Japan, and forged from a single blank of fine Japanese, high-carbon steel and honed to razor-like sharpness. The natural bamboo handles are not only eco-friendly, they also look stunning. Whether you’re using a small utility knife or a 10” sashimi knife, you’re guaranteed perfectly chiffonaded herbs and pristinely sliced crudo every time.
The collection includes a paring knife, utility knife, Santoku knife, chef’s knife, 8.5” sashimi knife, 10” sashimi knife, bread knife, slicing knife, and usuba knife, all of which are sold separately.

Care & Notes
Knife blades have a 1/3 tang that is inserted securely into bamboo handle.
Wash knife blades in warm soapy water, dry immediately and store. To clean sharpening steel, wipe with a wet towel. Messermeister knives are hand sharpened and pull through sharpeners are not recommended.
