Amana Camp Blanket

A blanket that earns its stripes.
This large and comfy pure wool blanket was made for sharing, or swaddling yourself up extra-tight in a cozy burrito. Its durable construction and classic stripes make it the mac and cheese of blankets—it’s comforting, familiar, and never gets old. Roll it up to take on your next camping trip, then throw it over the couch or at the foot of your bed back at home.

Meet the Maker
Founded in 1855, Amana began as a small community from Germany seeking religious freedom and settling in the Iowa River Valley. As a community, they aimed to live simply and sustainably– to share with one another and produce everything they needed themselves. Although the communal lifestyle of Amana disbanded in the 1930’s, the craftsmanship and tight knit community is still apparent in the high quality products Amana produces today– 160 years later.View Full Profile
