Centuries of tradition meet exceptional modern construction in these blades from classic Japanese knife-makers Miyabi: Their Artisan line features an SG2 powder-steel core clad in layers of nickel and stainless steel for strength and performance, with a hammered Tsuchime finish that prevents sticking. The handle, made of rosewood pakkawood, is ergonomically designed to fit comfortably into your hand. Each knife is hand-honed in Seki, Japan using traditional sharpening methods, resulting in blades so sharp they glide through food (they’re the sharpest cooking knives in the world).
