Handmade Bourbon Nib Brittle
Some brittle walks into a bar.
Bourbon believers and those not yet on the bourbon bandwagon will be head-over-heels for this buttery brittle. Starting with artisan bean-to-bar chocolate made from nibs aged in Pappy’s own barrels, the candy is layered with a caramelized concoction and then topped with hand-roasted, stone ground cocoa bean chocolate.
