In the spirit of high-noon Southern heat, this bourbon barrel aged hot sauce is a clever collaboration with Midland Ghost, growers of famous, locally grown, first generation Ghost Peppers (as first-rate as spicy gets). The peppers are aged in bourbon barrels for a smoky warmth and will put some fire under the seat of any meat or vegetable dish (or, if you’re brave, try a dash in your Bloody Mary).
