The finest oysters.
SHIPS EXPRESS OVERNIGHT ONLY.
Want to impress a crowd? Order up 100 of these oysters and get shucking. Choose from one of two varieties:
Island Creek: We find these oysters to be pretty near perfect. They've got a complex flavor, with a bite of salinity up front, and a buttery and mossy taste. Eat them naked or with a splash of lemon to bring out the ocean-y goodness.
Wellfleet: The water in Wellfleet is slightly warmer and less salty than Duxbury. Grown at the mouth of a creek running from a salt pond, these oysters, while still salty, are a bit more mild. They have a strong umami note with a well-defined adductor muscle and a nice texture.
