Himalayan Salt Vertical Chicken Roaster
A roaster worth its salt.
Here’s something we love about cooking on big chunks of salt: Not only do they impart savory, mineral flavors to your food, they also hold heat beautifully. So a salt block that cooks your chicken from the inside out? Now that is a brilliant prospect. Take a look at our tips for cooking with salt blocks, and make sure to preheat your salt chicken roaster gently. Thanks to the low moisture content of Himalayan salt, this cone can be heated to high temperatures, retain heat and cook up your chicken faster than a traditional rack would (and it’ll do it all again several times over). Yep, you can thank us later.

Care & Notes
Himalayan salt naturally inhibits the development of microbes and requires no cleansers. After use, wash the salt cone under warm water and scrub with a brush or sponge. Do not submerge the plate in water. Dry with a paper towel to remove any excess water and air-dry the cone for at least 24 hours before next use. Store salt cone in dry, well-ventilated environment. Allow holder to cool before cleaning. Wash with water and soap, and dry immediately. Do not use abrasive scrubbers. Dishwasher safe.
