Miyabi Birchwood Steak Knives
Heads up! Promotions do not apply to this item.
Lovingly handcrafted in Seki, Japan, these are no ordinary steak knives. We’ll explain: Each blade features a micro-carbide powder steel core which makes it perfectly-balanced in your hand, extra-durable, and easy to sharpen. That core is coated with (wait for it) 100 layers of steel that are ice-hardened so they’ll slice right through any cut like, well, a hot knife through butter. And that handle? It’s made from a rare birch tree with all sorts of one-of-a-kind patterning that’ll look pretty dang gorgeous on your dinner table.
