This tasting box includes three cheeses, each with a distinct flavor profile. It would make an excellent gift for any cheese lover, or an easy shortcut to prepare for entertaining. All three are excellent alone or make wonderful additions to casseroles, pasta or other dishes -- they all melt very well. Box includes 1/2 pound of each of the following cheeses:

Ameribella is a raw milk, washed rind cheese. It is a pale creamy yellow cheese with a dark rind. It's slightly salty and savory, with a flavor that sweetens with age.

Briana is a semi-firm cheese, with a dense, smooth, and slightly elastic texture. It has nutty overtones, a mild herbaceousness, and hints of fresh fruit.

Everton is an Alpine style cheese with a firm texture, and a savory-sweet flavor that sharpens with age. It has strong grassy notes and a meaty depth to it. The Everton is a 2014 Good Food Awards winner.
