Fruity and intense.

These Spanish extra virgin olive oils are some of the region's best. With low acidity, they have a much more intense flavor than lesser quality oils, and are perfect for cooking or baking. Try them in salad dressings, or as a finishing oil. Try the Arbequina, the Pictual, or a bundle of both (1 bottle of each).

Arbequina: This award-winning oil has a green apple color, with an intense fruitness of green olives, artichoke, almond, lemon peel and other fresh herbs. It has a slight bitterness, and a very fresh flavor.

Pictual: This full-flavored oil has herbal overtones and a slightly peppery finish. It has also won numerous awards, and we love how it adds a subtle, but distinct, flavor to a dish.

Raposos Gourmet & Tapas

Hoover, AL
Raposos Gourmet & Tapas serves up authentic, delicious goods straight from the Iberian Peninsula. The family started out distributing gourmet food in Spain, then expanded to the United States market when their sons came here to study in 1995. Every time we take a bite of homemade tapas, we're grateful for their educational pursuit across the Atlantic.
