Vintage Copper English Leon Jaeggi Baking Pan, Late 19th Century
What a find.
We still can’t believe we got our hands on this stunner. It was made in the late 19th century by famed coppersmith Leon Jaeggi & Sons. For proof, just check the stamp on the side, which tells you where it was first snapped up (at their shop on Dean Street in London, thank you very much). It’s heavy-gauge, with thick brass handles on the sides for snappy transport. Big-wow gratins and casseroles, here we come.
