One knife, many uses.

There's almost nothing this knife can't do. We use the flat edge as a bench scraper to clean our counters, the tip to remove fruit seeds, the squared end and blade to form perfect citrus twists.

Jackson Cannon, an award-winning Boston bartender collaborated on the design and gave the knife its name, and he certainly knows his way around a bar tool. The expertise behind this knife is evident in how many uses it has, and how durable it is. The blade is precision ground and hand-edged, and the handle is made of polished cocobolo, a tropical hardwood prized for its durability (the wood's natural oils resist wet environments -- perfect for a bar).

R. Murphy Knives

Ayer, MA

Not when there are quality carbon steel knives out there for nearly every purpose. And we don’t even have to go abroad for these beauties: R. Murphy knives are made in Massachusetts.
