Sugar and spice, isn't that nice?
If you like it hot, you'll love this chili caramel sauce. Several types of organic peppers, including ancho and pasilla, are layered into a thick caramel sauce. The sugar, salt, and spice play off each other for the most interesting sweet we've had in awhile.
Teetering on the edge of sweet and savory, you can use it to cook meats (pork shoulder is excellent), or in desserts (pour it over vanilla ice cream -- thank us later).

Shelf life is one year. Sauces need to be refrigerated after opening. Sauces can be heated in the microwave in their jar without the lid.
