One of my favorite summer drinks is a riff on the prohibition era Bee's Knees gin cocktail. Muddle a few raspberries and a few sprigs of cilantro in a glass, then mix the cocktail as usual in a shaker full of ice (using fresh lemon juice and good honey, of course) and pour it over.
