Couldn't you just look at these animated gifs for forever? They're from Jenn de la Vega's blog Randwich.es, and she made them herself.

From the photos, it looks like it's going to be a perfectly crispy-bottomed egg -- make us one too, Jenn!

What I coincidence! I played around with animated gif and a video slide show this week to show the making of a chicken eggplant parmesan sandwich. It was incredibly fun and definitely mesmerizing to watch! Love how the sizzle of the egg jumps out from the screen!
