Strapped for time in the mornings? You're in good company. Once the alarm goes off, most of us leave very little time to spare for luxuries like a nutritious, filling breakfast. (We're lucky if we can squeeze in a trip to the coffee shop for our daily java fix.) The folks over at The Kitchn have the perfect solution to our breakfast conundrum: with a little pre-planning before bedtime, you can whip up a bowl of creamy, filling steel-cut oats every morning of the week with minimal fuss.  Make one large batch on Monday and you've got breakfast every day of the week -- lucky for us, steel-cut oats reheat beautifully.
