Lots of ideas that are really simple, no favourites - depends on the mood. Make slits in the lamb, rub with crushed garlic & salt and stick fresh rosemary in the slits before roasting. Try rubbing all over with good olive oil then rubbing a mixture of ground cumin & sea salt into the meat. Or try just glazing with mint jelly!
