Alright, I'm throwing a New Year's Eve Party. I plan on roasting a pig(s) for 50+ people. However, some will not eat pork because of religious reasons, so I plan on making some short ribs sliders. I don't need the sliders for 50, but it's likely that others will enjoy. I'm wondering how many pounds of bone-in short ribs do I need to buy.
