added over 1 year agoAbsolutely. I make it in huge batches and freeze it regularly. To reuse, thaw overnight in the fridge. The next day, scoop out 1/3 of it and melt it over a bain marie. Scoop the rest into the mixer bowl. Add the melted portion. Whip back to a spreadable consistency.
