Urgent! A question about a recipe: Grilled Flank Steak with Asian Green Sauce (Shiso, Miso, Daikon & Pear)

I have a question about step 1 on the recipe "Grilled Flank Steak with Asian Green Sauce (Shiso, Miso, Daikon & Pear)" from gingerroot. It says:

"START ONE DAY AHEAD:
Dust both sides of steak with salt. Roll steak and place in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight."

Hi Laura, After you've dusted both sides with salt, start at one end and roll the steak as you would a stuffed pork loin. It's really just a space saving convenience, so the long flank can fit in a bowl to rest overnight. Hope that helps.
