It's Greek yogurt, which is just regular yogurt with the whey strained out so that it becomes thick and creamy. You can buy regular yogurt and use cheesecloth or a very fine mesh strainer to strain out the whey yourself, or you can buy another brand of Greek yogurt - Fage is simply the name of one well known brand.

True Greek yogurt. I love high fat, thick yogurt! Thanks for asking.

Its a brand name of greek yogurt. Its very sour and thick. Just don't call it "fay-juh". Its pronounced "fah-yay".
