I would like to make this soup and bring it to my mother's so she can eat it during the week. What would be the best way to reheat each day

I think that you could do it on the stove or in the microwave, but I would leave out the bacon vinaigrette - maybe deliver the makings to her and let her do that part after she reheats the soup.
