Urgent! How long should you cook a 3# brisket for last week's S. Goin's corned beef brisket genius recipe?

The recipe calls for a 6# brisket, but that is too much for two people. My corned beef brisket is a bit over 3# and I'm not sure how long to cook it. The url for the recipe is http://food52.com/blog...

I would start at 350 for about 2 1/2 hrs then check it. I would say about 3 hrs should do it.
