How could Incorporate it into grilled cheese sandwiches & tomato soup

Hot pot. Add large amount of balsamic (assuming its or supermarket quality). Add pinch of salt. Add two or three tablespoon brown sugar. Reduce, stirring occaisionally. Done when you can draw a spoon along the bottom of the pot and it takes a couple seconds to cover the bottom again. Drizzle this reduction over/ in sandwich and/or on top of soup.

Deconstructed Caprese: prepare a mozarella grilled cheese. Add a layer of fresh basil and Mr Vittles balsamic reduction. Dip in tomato soup.
