What should I make?

I have bone in pork chops and four leeks in the fridge. Any ideas?

You could do a variation on this! http://www.food52.com/recipes...

Or you could braise the leeks separately, in stock/water/wine, and dot with butter.

Sorry, that was sort of a half suggestion at the end! Here's a trustworthy recipe for braised leeks from Suzanne Goin: http://www.nytimes.com...

Suzanne Goin's braised leeks are dynamite. You could devil those pork chops and bake them atop the leeks. I'd come to dinner at your house for that! ;)

I've had good results with this recipe: http://www.food52.com/recipes.... Best part? Sandwiches the next day.
