hardlikearmour is a trusted home cook.
added about 1 year agoI can find it in the freezer section of my local, fairly upscale grocer. I can also get it at a couple of local butcher/charcuterie places.
If you're into using Goose fat, which I find preferable to duck, try this place:

i don't know where you live but if you go on www.chowhound.com to your local board, other chowhounds should be able to help you.
Sorry I didn't see this until now! There is a duck producer at my farmers market who sells it, but it can also be purchased from a butcher, or an upscale grocer, like hardlikearmour mentioned.
If you don't live near any of those options, you can buy it from D'Artagnan: http://www.dartagnan.com....
