added about 1 year agoI add it in braises right before the liquid is added - it adds a subtle tang and livens up an ordinary stew. But be careful - you can add too much!
biggreencookbook: you can find pomegranate molasses at most Middle Eastern grocery stores and many gourmet/specialty cooking stores if there are any in your area. I also did a quick search on Amazon and it's available there. (It's one of my favourite ingredients so I'm a bit of an evangelist about it)
