Can I freeze cooked tofu in stews?

It may change the texture to something a bit rubbery, but you can try! I don't believe it hurts the nutrient quality.

It will change the texture pretty dramatically. I wouldn't do it unless you have to -- if you have a choice, make the stew without tofu and freeze it, then separately add tofu cooked however you want when you're ready to serve it.
