I have a question about the recipe "Bacon Wrapped Brown Sugar Pork Loin" from mtlabor. can you do this with a bone out loin?
Pros: Easier to slice
Cons: A little less flavor, more expensive
If you look carefully at the recipe's photo, it IS a boneless pork loin that was used.
