Store Fish and Fresh Oysters
Planning a dinner party for Saturday night and due to schedule changes I need to buy my fish and fresh oysters on Friday morning. Will they be okay for 36 hours if I store them on (not in) a bed of ice in the fridge?

added 12 months agoYes - if not yet shucked, make sure the oyster is stored curved side down. Take the fish out of the packaging you purchase it in and store on a clean plate, wrapped in clingfilm (ice not necessary).
