added 11 months agoI use dried pepperoncini all the time, especially for all my Roman style dishes like bucatini all' amtriciana. No reason that you can't use them fresh once they get to that ripe red stage.
I think you can use them to make Lecso, Hungarian stew of tomatoes, peppers & paprika.
On hot dogs for 4th of July
You could dry them and keep them for use later in the year
