2.5 lb pork loin. I seared it and put in oven at 350. How long should I leave it in oven and what temp am I looking for?? Thanks!!

Invest in an electronic thermometer. Makes all roasting error free.

Internal temp of 140. Allow to rest covered for 15 minutes.

145 is the safe recommended temp - it used to be 160 but was changed.
