added 7 months agoIt depends what you're using it for. If you are making a pie that requires that you re-bake the crust (e.g. "blind bake") then you would bake it it at 350 degrees - 20 min covered with weighted down parchment and 10-15 min uncovered or until golden.Make sure to chill the crust before baking it. Different pie recipes bake at different temps. Follow the recipe's instructions
