added 7 months agoAbsolutely - the only factor would be if the meat was still raw, but in this case it's not so you'll be fine to cook it a bit longer tomorrow/tonight. Make sure to store it safely though - either keep it just above 140F while you're out, or get it down to 40F quickly to refrigerate.
