Ideally, it would be best to have the whole thing assembled and then bake the same day. But it would also be okay to re-warm before serving. You might want to re-warm it covered for part of the time and then uncovered for 5-10 minutes so the topping re-crisps ansd doesn't end up soggy from the moisture of the cover
