I have steamed cooled artichokes. Uncooked bread stuffing. can I safely stuff the chokes and store them in the fridge until thursday. Stuffing will cook when i heat the chokes.

Yes. I agree with casa-giardino on that one. The bread stuffing won't taste as good as if you prepared it the same day, but unless you have raw fish in there or something it should be safe.
