Farro Risotto

Has anyone tried making Merrill's farro risotto (or another similar recipe) ahead of time and reheated it to serve? I normally wouldn't do that, but I have a party to which I've been asked to bring something like this and I would have to make it a day ahead and reheat. Thanks.

I've done this before. Just add a little more liquid and reheat gently on the stove.
