ground almond - almond flour conversion

There is no conversion that I'm aware of. Almond flour/meal IS almonds ground very finely.

I just made an almond cake tonight and used a 1:1 correspondence. The recipe called for 1 c. almonds and I used the same amount of almond meal. I've used the same in the past and not had any trouble. I think it is safe! Good luck!
