Hi! I want to make a guinness choclate cheescake with a fluffly type frosting that won't melt or lose form. Does anyone have any suggestions please?

Just wondering why you want to frost a cheesecake.

To your question, I suggest a whipped cream frosting stabilized by gelatin, http://allrecipes.com/recipe/stabilized-whipped-cream-icing/
