A question about a recipe: Serrano Ham and Manchego Croquetas with Smoked Pimentón Aioli

I have a question about the recipe "Serrano Ham and Manchego Croquetas with Smoked Pimentón Aioli" from Sonali aka the Foodie Physician. If you form and freeze the croquetas prior to frying, would you thaw them prior to frying or fry them frozen? Thanks!

I would thaw them. Because they will release moisture which will affect the frying. If you were baking them in the oven then going straight from the freezer to oven might be ok
