I am on a candida-eradicating diet. The soy creamer I was using is sweetened so off limits; anyone have an alternative?

Homemade almond milk is delicious and can be made quite thick (1 cup almonds with 2C water is almost like whole milk or even half and half). I find it naturally flavorful and sweet but you can also add vanilla extract or even dates for added sweetness if that is allowable on your diet.

Try cashew cream without the sweetener (or any nut or seed cream), easy recipe here: http://tappstips.com/cashew-cream/
or i find hemp milk quite creamy.
If you need something sweet in your cream some candida diets allow stevia, although I don't like the taste of it and haven't found one that doesn't have a strange aftertaste.
