Should I peel potatoes for potato salad or not?

I'm making the Spanish Roasted potato salad on the website...to peel or not to peel, that is the question!

That salad doesn't have you peel -- and I kind of like the texture contrast that way, but ultimately it's personal preference! It'll be tasty either way.
