What is Adobo Seasoning Salt??

Adobo Seasoning Salt is a salt blend that you can usually purchase in the herb section of a grocery store. Goya makes a good one. If you wish to make your own by combining the following to make about 7 tablespoons:

2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder
