Decadent is a very subjective term, so it's really in the eye of the beholder.

For me, when I read "decadent dessert" my thoughts quickly leaned to desserts with lots of cream and fat, maybe eggs. Thus, all of the custard based desserts would qualify, including ice cream, sabayon, crème brulée, petit pot de crème, maybe tiramisù, certainly cheesecake.

There are enough recipes on such desserts to sink ten aircraft carriers.

Anyhow, good luck.

I don't know how often your indulge in a dessert for one....but I'm a fan of making a batch and freezing individual portions. I like to take my favorite brownie recipe, and bake it in cupcake liners, then toss them in a freezer back. They're easy to nuke and drizzle with caramel. You can also underbake them slightly and just warm them back up in a toaster oven. They come out perfect.

I love this chocolate mug cake/brownie that Emily Love posted. It's especially good still a little warm topped with ice cream. I halve the recipe because I always top it, but the one posted is double my amounts.

1 TBS butter
1 TBS water
1/4 tsp vanilla
Pinch salt
2 TBS sugar
1 TBS cocoa
2 TBS flour

Put butter into a mug and microwave until just melted. If my butter is cold, it takes just under 30 seconds. Add water, vanilla and salt. Stir until smooth. Add sugar, flour and cocoa. Stir until smooth. Mix in a TBS of chocolate chips for extra goodness. Microwave about 45-60 seconds depending on your microwave. I always add the chips and mine is perfectly done in 60 seconds. Here is the link to the thread.

I meant to say the one she posted is double the amounts that I used here.

guessing you want relatively quick and easy, too. Here are a few ideas:
bastardized Black Forest Cake. Use a piece of Angel Food cake (or a mini one, available in some grocery stores), cut horizontally in 3 layers, soak bottom & middle layers with kirsch (or other fruit liqueur), slather with chocolate and-or regular whipped cream, sour cherries, stack, top with more whipped cream, sweet cherries, chocolate shavings.
Use any crepe or pancake or French toast, top with macerated fruit (berries or stone fruit are good), ice cream or whipped cream.
Make a British refrigerator cake (aka chocolate biscuit cake) by layering chocolate coated cookies (in a glass dish or loaf pan) with condensed milk, espresso, powder, a few pats of butter, press down, chill 3 hr or overnight in refrigerator.
bread pudding or noodle kugel. take some slightly stale bread (brioche or challah are good, but anything will do), eggs, milk, raisins, a little sugar or maple syrup, vanilla extract or brandy, cinnamon, butter. Mix, bake at 350F (45 min if using about 6 slices for 12 people, so adjust downward for smaller amounts).
All the classic ice cream desserts.
A quick tiramisu in dish for one.
Hope that you either like one of these or are stimulated by reading them to remember some flavor combo or particular food you like to use in a decadent dessert.

PS omitted but implied: for noodle kugel (pudding) use some leftover drained undressed pasta (any shape), or small amount from scratch & use with same eggy mixture rec for the bread pudding. optional - top with bread crumb or streusel. bake.
