You can also see it here on Food52: https://food52.com/shop/products/2304-borosilicate-glass-fat-separator It's sold in the retail department. Interestingly, the manufacturer got 3/4 Ltr correct. How embarrassing! ;o)

Perhaps you're meaning a quart equals approx 950 ml?
Because 1 liter or liter (1000 ml) doesn't equal 950 ml.
