I cook from Plenty at least once a week! And Nopi is FANTASTIC, even if only to admire the gold-edged pages. I posted a pantry staples list for cooking from it (and other Ottolenghi books, honestly) here: https://food52.com/blog/15934-is-nopi-a-cookbook-ahead-of-its-time
Good to know! I followed the Piglet community picks along with the "official" Piglet and saw your list, and since I already had all of the ingredients besides sumac and really enjoy the flavor profile they suggest, that was part of what sparked my interest in getting more Ottolenghi books! I was drawn to Nopi because it's new and pretty, but then it also seems slightly less accessible than Plenty/Plenty More, so I was torn! Thanks for your input!
