Thanks so much, Amanda. Not sure how I missed that . . . .

I made a polenta strata for our pre-hike Thanksgiving breakfast (in addition to sticky buns, of course), and am looking for something similarly hearty, filling and easily made ahead for our whole-family Christmas holiday hike. That one looks perfect. ;o)
