It really depends on the dish but just think of it as an accompaniment/sauce to be eaten any which way you like.
- pour it on the dhal or veg or meat main dish
- dip the naan into and then the main
- have it on the side to into
- dress a salad with it (thin out with some water/lemon juice and mix with vegetable oil for a light coating)
